At Bello, ensuring a respectful and positive user experience is paramount.

We are acutely aware of the annoyance and challenges that spam can present in mass wallet communications, so we've carefully developed and implemented our V1 of Messages.

To ensure that recipients have control over their communication preferences, each message sent from our platform contains a straightforward opt-out link.

This link functions similarly to a traditional unsubscribe option found in email and is an integral part of Bello's platform.

When a recipient chooses to opt out using this link, it specifically restricts messages from that sender within Bello's platform, without impacting their overall sendability on the XMTP protocol.

Please note that message broadcasting is limited to users who have either completed their 7-day free trial or are actively enrolled in a paid subscription. This policy is in place to ensure the quality and integrity of communications on the platform, as well as to limit spam within the XMTP network.
